Where does one begin?

To our dear friends, I have contemplated opening a blog for over a year wondering if the benefit would outweigh the time spent updating it.   Having spent 2 full years in Canada and intentionally not going on facebook (for fear that it would overcome me), I have decided this is probably a better way to share pictures and personal events.  My hope and prayer is that this will allow friends and family to follow our lives in a more personal way than our prayer letters do.  Please feel free to give me advice as I begin this new mode of communication.  And we would love to be able to follow your lives as well so let us know how we can do that best.

We want to share with you an album we put together about the Gumuz people.  Some of you have not had the chance to see our pictures and this will give you a the opportunity to understand a little better where we are going.  Thanks for being part of our team and for so faithfully encouraging us along the way.
