After spending 8 years in Sherkole where we were the only long term missionaries (though we did have short termers with us), it is a pleasure to not only have two other missionary families in Gesses with us but also have another missionary family living less than 10km away. We all enjoyed a blue themed birthday party on December 26th in Yamp, where a family has just moved to. They will be opening the Yamp clinic specifically placed here for Gumuz. It will be the closest medical facility to the Gesses Gumuz as well.
