It seems like we are always packing. I guess that is just part of living in our context. Living in a rural location has many benefits but convenience isn't one of them. So this evening we are packing fresh vegetables and fruit and staple items that we cannot easily get like oats, white flour, pasta, rice and milk powder.
I have to admit that when the electricity went off at dusk, I had to keep calm by quoting "Do everything without complaining or arguing for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus." We ate dinner by candlelight and started making plans to delay our departure.
The lights actually came on again at 8pm and so instead I will be staying up late so all the packing is done by morning. Rolf needs to do a couple of errands in the morning so we need to be packed before he leaves. We hope to leave by 10am and drive to Injebara where we can spend the night with SIM missionaries (it will be a 7 hour drive).
