There is no place to go for a break but we try to have a family night on Friday to mark the end of the week. Rolf and I were both encouraged that despite our weariness, we were able to teach and encourage believers, homeschool the kids, and host people in our home.
Presently we are watching Tom & Jerry on the computer after a special pizza supper. The pizza was Nadia’s request. She continues to be mostly cheerful despite her constant fever and cough. She is on day 5 now so we are hoping that there will be significant improvement by tomorrow! Keep praying as it has been a long virus in our home (and has hit our teammates’ little boy as well as our neighbours.)
We are thankful for God’s strength for this week and for the chance to also enjoy each other as a family.
