Please pray for the Gumuz. The believers fear that their people will go to war with each other over a recent conflict resulting in 2 deaths (in response to a past conflict). They are a warrior people and are making new arrows to prepare themselves for possible fighting.
Although the leaders meet together to judge an issue, their people do not hold to these agreements. Alcohol is one of the reasons that they cannot keep the peace. When they are drunk, it is easy to act rashly and in an instant, revenge has taken place. It seems it has gone too far and now the people we know and love fear fighting that will take many lives. Please intercede for these people so that they would desire to end this cycle of revenge.
