Kalia enjoyed taking some pictures of cows (notice the hump) and sheep (notice the pink paint to mark them) out the back window of the landcruiser. She also took a couple of pictures of the home we stayed in and the razor wire surrounding our compound. People either use wire or glass to protect their homes from theft.
There is also lots of construction in Addis and this is one of many apartment blocks going up. It is all cement!
