Well here I am again. Single parenting 5 kids in Gesses but it was a better option than travelling 12 hours to Addis. Rolf left 5:30am Sunday morning and all the kids woke up and said goodbye. We went back to bed and then ended up sleeping in (7:30). I decided we wouldn't go to church since the bell rang at 8am just as we were sitting down for breakfast.
The Coleman family was in Gesses for a few days with their twin girls Amy and Abby. Nicole and I did Sunday school for the kids – all 10 were in attendance.
I felt really wiped so decided to take a nap while Sonia napped from 10:30-12. The afternoon was really relaxed as well. I had hoped to have some ladies over for coffee but just didn't feel I had the energy for it.
Rolf made the trip in 9 hours and arrived at 3pm. He was able to get some downtime before a busy week.
